Rob McDuff is a civil rights and criminal defense lawyer from Mississippi. His extensive experience includes four cases argued in the US Supreme Court, successful representation of Mississippi death row inmates, representing Theo Shaw of the “Jena 6" and Albert Woodfox, one of the "Angola 3" defendants in Louisiana, co-counseling several exoneration cases in Mississippi and Louisiana with the Innocence Project of New Orleans (IPNO), victories in civil rights and civil liberties cases, including redistricting cases on behalf of black voters, significant civil settlements, including against private prison companies for injuries to inmates, and courtroom victories including substantial jury verdicts in wrongful arrest litigation against police.
